My mom is a packrat and I'm helping her decide what to keep, what to donate, what to try to sell and what to toss out. This TV she has is a Motorola and most likely a tube TV. It's from the 1950's I think. I doubt it is in working condition. Nice wood cabinet, though and that looks like mahogany. So, does anyone know anything about them? Are they usable as props for movies or plays maybe? Or should we just toss it out?

I cut my teeth on these old sets in high school. They now are highly collectable .
Get it going and have it as a working prop . Or at least clean the chassis from dust inside .
Thanks! We have movies & TV shows always being filmed around town. I'll ask if they'd want these!
