I think this is a repro of an early gum machine, it works perfectly after a little cleaning and oiling. These were made by the Jolly Good Co. in the 80s I think. The thought I had, was to buy it cheap so I could take an opportunity to take one apart and see how to fix it. The keys were included so I bought it! Took it completely apart and tweaked a few parts and I thought I had it in good working order. Bought some Doublemint and Spearmint gum and the rest is history! I like having a machine that only takes a penny. Plus my basement smells awesome now. A penny does buy something at my house, a whole lotta fun for $50!
You put a penny in front of the desired flavor and turn the knob to the right and it slides the piece of gum out the bottom. If anyone has an original of this machine, I would love to see it.

Hey Thank You Finelines and youngblood!
It is fun to visit my house, it has to work or I don't want it, LOL.
Hey youngblood, they are fun to have and I bought mine back when you could find them pretty cheap. One has plastic cowboys and indians in it, the other has my favorite candies that vary from time to time. Sometimes Hot Tamales, sometimes Skittles, man I need to go to the dentist huh?
Can I get$2.00 worth pls.? Nice addition to the Candy Store you've got going there!
Man that's alot of pennies Bernie! I would have make a trip back to Walmart after that.
Thanks Van!
Thank you Michael and Dan!
