    North Electric was based in Gallion, OH. This phone (1940s/50s model) even in good shape is not worth much at all... unless you happen to have a colored catalin one. See this page: http://www.telephonearchive.com/phones/north/north-h6.html

    I love it, it looks alot like an old phone that I got when I worked at the Joliet Army Ammunition plant in Joliet IL. I still have it and it still works just fine.
