This Olympic and the Empire was gave to me for free together and they both work with no problem.
Now all i need to do is find some more 8 tracks, i have one so far and that was gave to me also... haha.
Also this sounds a lot clearer than the 8 track on the Empire.
The only thing wrong with this is the lights 1-4 don't light up.

I actually just found a player and several tapes a few days ago. Happy to share some tapes with you.
Be very careful what 8-tracks you put in there. Check two things first, the pressure pad(s) and the drive roller. The old style foam pressure pads have a tendency to dry rot. That can be easily fixed. Go to YouTube and type in "8-track repair" and there are some great videos on how to repair them.
activel - Cool i'm looking for classic rock tapes.
packrat-place - i think its in very good shape i play it every once in a while and its sounds good.
I think I have a Rolling Stones. I have to check.
activel - That is cool
Surprised to see any tapes. I threw mine out years ago, and I shouldn't have, as some of them had stuff that was hard to find on c.d.
PhilDavidAlexanderMorris - I have two so far.
Sorry, I haven't been on here much. I've got several tapes and a player - happy to get them to someone who'll appreciate them. Just let me know how to get in touch directly.
The player I have is a Realistic. Here are some tapes I have: The Righteous Brothers, Stevie Wonder, The Rolling Stones, Meatloaf, Billy Joel, The Allman Brothers, The 4 Seasons, Neil Diamond.
