Does anyone know if these are collectable? It is a mesh with maybe baklite baby blue accents. I don't know more about it that is why i am writing.

    Yes they are collected. Schaeffer is a good (not top of the list and not bottom) maker of fountain pens. By this time the blue was plastic. The nib (pen writing point) may be gold.
