SchwinnVinn

Hello,
First of all I am a huge fan of the show. I am sorry to bug you with this question but I been researching for weeks of what kind of bicycle the attached is with no confirmation. I tried several vintage & antique bicycle websites, bike shops, forums, & google pictures, zip. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is my story behind the bike;
I recently purchased the bicycle from a woman on CL that was given the bike from a neighbor many years ago. She knew nothing of the bike's history. There is no badge or names anywhere on this bike. Some parts of the frame have been painted over both by spray & brush. I can't even locate a serial number. My best guess from pictures I have found on the web is that it is a mid to late 30's Colson. It has a New Departure coaster brake, Bendix front hub, both rims match. Goodyear 26" 2.125 tires that seem extremely old with chunks of missing tread. I Matched pictures of the front sprocket to those on the internet, my best guess is it's a Wald skiptooth. It has a troxel seat with solid steel post. The chain guard looks almost prewar Schwinn but the frame does not look Schwinn. The front fork seems of a solid flat steel then folded over creating a seem down the center of the inseam of the fork. It also has a chain adjuster on the rear looptail frame. The reason I purchased it was because of the looptail frame, I never saw a frame like that before. One website told me it was a post war Stelber, most likely from the 50's but I cannot find any information on it. And they wanted a steep fee to investigate. Thank you in advance for you help.
