I bought an old book called Sexagenarian Verses and War Poems(1914-1916) by John L. Stoddard and inside were these old post cards and pictures,I have been trying to do some research on ,but not having much luck.I also have 2 more postcards but there was such a glare I didnt upload.Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Seems obvious that the snapshots are of a funeral cortege for a rather notable person (judging from the numbers of marchers). Being that some are wearing lederhosen shorts, my guess is Bavaria/Switzerland area. But you probably figured that out already.
