One of the most desirable collectible Kodak String Cameras. It's called the Ordinary A a lower priced camera plain wood finish cost 6.00 to distinguish it from the Daylight model with leather covering, different film loads, the Daylight cost $8.50. Only 2000 were produced making it one of the rarest Kodak models. It holds rollfilm loads of 24 exposures, has an achromatic lens and sector shutter with no viewfinder. The Daylight is not as scarce, both models were in the Kodak catalog in 1891.
