L&M - Chesterfield - Oasis Cigarette Display Cart. On Wheels in very good condition - shelf toppers need to be reglued. Shelves held in place by long steel rod/bolts, no pegs. Brand Logos appear painted and stenciled - colors are nice - don't appear faded or worn. I'm wondering if this is an item of interest to a collector. It seems to be from the 50's?
