    A neighbor of mine who moved away several years ago, gifted me with this sweet rocker. I would love to know more about it's origin and age.

      Did you ever find out what type of rocker you have? I have one that is similar to yours. I was told it was a Ball and Stick rocker, but I'm not so sure about that. It does have a stick frame with balls and this is all wrapped with cane (which needs to be re-glued in many areas). It is armless and has a solid wood seat. I took it in to an antique shop to see if he could re-glue this cane for me and he was the one that told me it was called a Ball and Stick rocker. I was just wondering if you ever got a reply regarding yours?
