    What I believe to be a pre World War I lidded HB stein. Salt glaze with some wear and no marks on the base except a "1". A thrift store pick on my lunch hour. Would be interested to know what the exact age us?

      i have this stein too! i stil dont know much about it as well but its in better shape than your because i still have the blue in the sign HB.

      I’ve not found more info except that it’s likely before the State took over the brewery (KGL marking).
