Here's a nice little sign I picked up recently, I believe it to be from the late 50's - early 60's. It fits nicely with my large 1963 arciform, green stripes, "ice cold" sign, which is hanging between two buttons on the long wall in our finished basement (reminds me of the grill of an old car). The amount of wall space down here is incredible, and really was the impetus to me starting to collect Coca-Cola signs. I wanted a theme, something to be enjoyed, and it dawned on me one day that I loved the product my whole life, so why not "join the club?". Glad I did. It's been a wild ride (so far)!
OK, I'm over feeling sorry for myself due to the recent bad purchases. This one washed the bad taste out of my mouth... my philosophy going forward is "slow, methodical, stick to known treasures".
Best Regards, Dave

You have some nice treasures for sure, use those iffy ones as filler till ya get more of those sweet southern deals. All looks great from here!!!
Holy Cow Dave, that's a pretty rare sign right there! Any of the cup signs just can't seem to be found out there but you snagged one my friend. Great pick! These 20 X 28 cup signs are hard to find. 1959 BABY!
Thanks Tommy and Perry!
Thats a great looking basement Dave, the signs look awesome, and the story sounds very familiar to me my "coke"habit started last year after finishing our basement. I cheated a bit by buying a couple of biga_ _ signs to fill the larger walls.
Keep up the great posts and good luck with the super collection!
Thanks picrknows! I've seen the pictures of your rec room, awesome. Someday when my kids are older, I'm going to put a pool table down here, maybe air hockey as well. I like your set up a lot. You've got the real deal going on. The big signs are some of my favorites. Something about putting up those monsters just does it for me. Anyway, we (I especially) enjoy the room more than ever.
Thanks Dave for the nice comments, glad you like the pics., and the big signs! I've been working on finishing my garage, room for some more BIG ONES soon!! I love all the "coke" signs, but the larger ones just seem to grab the eye, plus they are usually no more expensive than the smalls, and less of them were made, which should mean value someday! Your basement looks great!
Best Regards,Bernie
