Vintage Eastman Kodak Camera. No. 3, Model C, Autographic Folding Bellows. I really don't know the year?

What you have looks more like a No.3A Autographic Kodak Special with the rangefinder (that's the small rectangular thingies underneath the front standard). This model was introduced in 1916 and was offered through 1937. However, I see that your camera has a Kodamatic shutter which means it was made from about 1921 to 1931. Despite having an overall production run of nearly 11 years, the Autographic Special with rangefinder is somewhat uncommon these days. BTW, the rangefinder is quite interesting and largely under appreciated by collectors.
