My mom handed this to me the other day, my dad had it stached away in a cabinet. I remember seeing it over the years but never thought that much about it. Pretty cool Item though, I'd say late 40"s!! He was a "picker" from way back !! Cars, Parts, Automobile Memorobilia, Signs..........guess I got it Honest !! Thanks for Looking !!
