I have had these badges for years and just rediscovered them after many years in a box. The first badge is all brass with red and blue porcelain overlay. The upper part of the badge shows two floor lamps with light bulbs. The second badge has a makers mark of Whitehead & Hoag Newark, N.J.

Hi, Just ran across your posting and was wondering if you collect old chauffeur badges. I'm trying to locate an old badge from ~1919 issued to my Grandfather by the Boston Police. He owned and operated a horse & buggy for hire back then. Any help would be appreciated. By the way, the Malden Electric Co. badge got my attention. I' the Town Electrician @ Wakefield, MA, two towns northeast of Malden. Take care, Jim Ross, Jr.
