I found this in a purse I bought at a flea market. It was hidden away in a rip in the lining.
It is a neat little matchbox, still with the original green-headed wooden matches, and in the rectangle on the left of the word "safety" it says "made in" and in the one on the right of the word "matches" it says "USSR"
I think I already used and dumped the purse, but this is a little unexpected treasure that I will keep in my curio cabinet.
YES, I KNOW I NEED TO TAKE BETTER PICS. WILL DO SO AS SOON AS I GET A BETTER CAMERA...OR LEARN HOW TO USE THE ONE I HAVE....*blush*
