This pillow cover is from post WW2 time period when the "101st Division" lost its "Airborne" status and was used as a training division at Camp Breckinridge, KY. The Division was reactivated in 1948 and again in 1950. This piece dates from that time period.
It is interesting to note that in this example the patch still carries the "Airborne" tab. This may be a very early example as most examples from this period show the Division patch with only the Eagle.
I have classified this under WW2 since it is late 1940s and shows the WW2 era patch.
