Tallcakes LOOK !!!! Granny sifter, I remember this so much as a child growing up, sitting on her stool-stepladder and watching her use this. This is old...trust me, hey look at my age this will tell you..lol
Tallcakes, it still works and the handle moves with flow...but somewhat rusty inside....but it is so much better than the ones today.

that's a great lookin' sifter; on site I'm thinkin' early 1950s or so. Great tool to have around the kitchen when cooking along with the kids.

I remember my mom had one, very nice, but not near as collectible as this one - I also remember when I went out and bought one at an auction, back when I had my first real beautiful apartment I loved so much!
