OF THE VARIOUS BASE COLORS ON WHICH MEDICI DECORATION IS FOUND I LIKE THE BLUE THE BEST.....NOT THAT I WOULD MIND HAVING A YELLOW ONE.

The blue ground on Medici is my favorite too! I love to collect the various colors that were produced in each decor. I now have 5 different ground colors in my Medici collection: Yellow, blue, Bronze, Russian Green and Rosa! Yes, you did see a Yellow Medici flower form. Awesome piece but it did have damage so I wouldn't be sad that it got away too cheap! :)
