So I am thinking that these are old ivory
Hard to tell from those photos what they are, but I'm thinking plastic, not ivory, given that screw thread. But I'm not looking at them in hand...
Ivory or bone should show some grain, where plastic will be of even consistency. Is there one that is already trashed or broken (or is there an inconspicuous place to test one)? If so, heat a needle red-hot and touch it to the surface. If you get black smoke and it melts, it's plastic.
