Can anyone give me some information about this shoe. Age? Thank you! I found this at a local thrift shop and need help identifying the age.

You need to take a photo of the inside of the shoe, especially if there's a manufacturers name, codes, etc. The sole can also be a clue.

The label is so faded that I could barely make it out. Thank goodness for typography in college! The second pic is the best I could do. Thanks for all your help!

The louis heel did come back in the 80's but in a Gothic/Victorian style. These are much more current fashion and I think they are from the mid 60's. The sole is still leather and the heel construction is old fashioned, by the 70's most soles are the black plastic type we have today and the heel tap would be a plastic or metal tip with a plug rather than a leather one nailed on. Also the mary jane style strap was very popular in the 60's-70's.
You could call them a variation of the pilgrim shoe.
