ALL HAND SEWN & EMBROIDERED. THE BLUE & PINK STRIPS ARE ALL MADE OF SILK. MY FRIEND SEEM S TO THINK THIS IS FROM THE 20'S WHILE I LEAN MORE TO THE 50'S. ANY THOUGHTS?

    i'm pretty sure that this is a Mexican huipil - woman's blouse. I've seen peacocks and other birds like that in Oaxaca.
