I have this sign that I bought over 20 years ago.
I have been researching the sign but have not found anything like it, so I don't no how rare it is. What time period it is from etc.
Can someone help me?
Thanks
Jen

Looks like it would be quite possibly from the 1940's. Look around the outer corners of the sign on the front for any additional writing. This could help in dating it.
Thank you, I have. There is no date or writing on the back.
Did they make replicas 20 years ago?
Any writing on the front?
yes. The Donaldson Art sign Co. Covington, KY
This would seem to be a more rare sign and with it being in good shape even more collectable. Check the link below for more info on The Donaldson Art Sign Co. The sign could be from as far back as the 1920's to sometime in the 1940's it seems with the type of lettering and design on it. You may want to look into finding an auction house that specializes in this type of thing (breweriana) to get more info on it.

Thank you sooooo much
You are welcome. Best of luck to you.
It was brewed either by the Victor (1934-39) or Fort Pitt Brewing Co. (39-43)as they bought Victor Brg. out) in Jeanette PA. Its original.
