I don't know much about this device, other than it appears to have the logo with the globe which was used between 1924 and 1946. It was made by IBM's International Time Recording Division in Endicott, NY. I cannot find any similar devices anywhere.
We acquired this device in the 1980's at a county auction, simply due to it being an interesting and unique object. The sellers didn't know what it was either - they found it in one of their storage facilities. It has a shortwave radio receiver, record player, and tons of knobs and switches. It is a fairly tall cabinet - perhaps 4 feet or so in height. If anyone has any idea what it is, I would appreciate some feedback.
Better pictures would help. Can't see what is going on with the dials and controls.
