Got this at a fav haunt.The lady was just putting it out.She "talked" me into buying it.A real hard sell that was !It was a decanter but is missing the stopper so until I find one it is a vase.Pics don't come close to giving this piece justice.It glows as nice under natural light as it does under blacklight.
