I found this old slide rule in an old office desk. I dont know anything about slide rules and came accross this site to get more info. I cannot find one similar with the same model number. I have the original box, reciept, guarantee certificate, leather case and slide rule. It is practically mint condition as i dont think it was ever used.
Can someone tell me more about it? Is it worth anything with the box and literature? What year did they make these? Any info will help.
Thanks

This is a prelude to calculators. Used mostly for multiplication and division. They became obsolete in the early 1970's. Check out the sites below on the history and how to use one. Good luck and enjoy.....doesn't need batteries or electricity!
