It's a chalkware St. Nick. i bought him new, from a gift store that was having a going out of business sale. This was back in 1984.
He's made in USA
I keep him out because he reminds me of my dad. Dad was ill the last years of his life, and had the bony face, beady eyes and white hair and beard this Santa has.
