Trying to figure out who made. It has an after-market band (but nice). The bezel is cracked but still solid enough to wear. The face reads: Mickey Mouse/ 17 Jewels / Walt Disney Productions.
The back reads: Stainless Steel Back - Case Swiss Made - Base Metal Bezel and Indicator.

First things ,first. It appears to be a theme park watch made by Windert, they normally had the word "Disneyland" above Mickey but have seen them both ways. Approx time frame would be from 1969-76. The crystal can be fixed and this would increase value considerably. Would hate to say value in this condition, but have seen them run from $10 to 50 on ebay. Hope this shed some light your way. Still very nice collectable and thanks for sharing.
