Does anyone know anything about this piece? I picked it up recently but can't find anything like it. I could sure use some help!! Thanks!!

    I'm guessing around 1953-54? Looks a lot like some of the trim on front of hoods, below hood ornament on Chevy cars and trucks around then, but not exactly the same. Might be styled after trunk trim around then, not sure, my search was inconclusive. Your lamp is wonderful! Dealership decor?

    great item,
    I think it is off a Chevy truck. If I am not mistaken, ornaments from 1950's Chevy cars were all red, white & blue.
