Dating after 1920, Ausführung 237 represents the flavor of the day in Czech glass, which was furnace decorated glass in bright contrasting colors. This is not your run-of-the-mill "end of day" glass, however. Adding interest are the green opaline uranium glass interior, inlaid bits of bright red, blue, yellow, and green glass, as well as pinched swirls that were worked while the glass was still red hot. This is a real artisan piece and is a visual and tactile feast for the eyes and hands!
I have since have discovered by peering through the Loetz line drawings in Band 2 of Loetz Bohemian Glass that there were several variations of Ausf. 237, including:
Jade-grün (Jade green)
Jade-grün (Jade green) mit (with) kaiser rot (imperial red)
Jade-grün (Jade green) mit (with) dunkelblau (dark blue), and
Jade-grün (Jade green) mit (with) bunt (multi-colored), of which this is an example.

The ozon glass measures very hot with a geiger counter, arcadia is more hot than a lot of things but not as hot as ozon. olympia isn't very hot at all. It just looks that way. It raises background radiation a little but not enough to bring it into the danger zone.
The faint green glow you get from clear glass that I always wondered about because it's so bright even if faint.. really is something like magnesium. they don't register beyond background radiation at all.
