Can someone help me identify this pocket/pendant watch as vintage Waltham, or a later fake. It is marked "Swiss" under the six o'clock position. Case and face are ornate, black filigree hands. Gold Roman numerals on black (4 is IIII, not IV).
I cannot get the watch unscrewed to check for serial number or more information. I don't even know if it is supposed to unscrew or not :(, so I don't want to ruin it. Any help would be appreciated.
