I bought two of these, I sold one already, but I have no idea who it is. Its heavy, (there is a pink one that has a similar style a few "show and tells" before this one).
The vase is 8" 3-4" wide and weighs about 4 pounds. The base or pontail is polished flat. Its an amazing piece but I am thinking china?

I'd say China too. The colour is just too colourful (if that make sense!) to be Italian or Czech
