I picked these up the other day, $1 each.. i don't know a lot about knifes. the second one from the left is a rope knife from the coast guard? the markings say Kut Master approves u.s.c.g. 1944-796 Utica N.Y. the larger knife is Spanish as far as i can tell. it looks old but it could be a repo for all i know. the blade is engraved with a bull fighter and the name Recuerdo E Spana? the handle looks like bone and it folds up. if any one knows anything about this knife i would love to hear what it is.

you knife actualy says Recuerdo de Espana which translates to suvenior from spain.
Thanks to both of you! And forgive my Spanish,i thought this Recuerdo guy must be some bullfighter! It all makes sense though! the gentleman at the sale was about that age and picked up the souvenir knife while he was in port? So maybe a 70 year old souvenir? that works for me! and just for the record everyone of these knifes, are still very sharp! Thanks again gentleman..
