Just wanted to show off what I found in a dumpster today. Some people just don't know what they have. I'm sure this would be a treasure to someone somewhere. It works perfectly and has a 1997 date of manufacture on it. If anyone knows where I can find information on this sign I would really appreciate an email to rosecharan at yahoo dot com.
Thanks for any input. Its really cool and I don't know if I want to keep it or sell it or what. Its about 2 feet long by one foot tall and it has been on now for about an hour with no problems.

You might already know, but I'll mention this in the event you don't, that Fender is a fantastic guitar/amp manufacturer. I am sure you would create interest in this if you were to sell it. I don't know however what it's value might be. It is very cool!

You typically see those in big guitar shops like Guitar Center. My guess--and I might be wrong--is that it wouldn't be all that valuable as a collectible, but that someone wouldn't mind shelling out a few bucks for it just to have such a cool sign hanging on their wall.

      Nice find.

People think they gave gold - I'm sure the person that was trying to sell it for $800 either dropped the price significantly to sell it or is still sitting on it. I've seen these for various prices over the years and realistically $200-$300 is the tops if it's in excellent condition. You are well ahead of the game finding it in the dumpster. I hope you enjoy the sign before selling it.
