EJW-54
(100 items)
Ive been wanting one and have seen a lot on e-bay but I waited for a 1940's one in good shape, I git outbid all the time so I look for signs that look in rough condition but might just need cleaning, this one cleaned up nice and I payed less then most go for.

Great buy EJW-54! Did you use what I use, BarKeeper's Friend, to clean it?
Thanks Signaholic for the compliment, on old signs I use a Turtle wax product called color back finish restorer from 1992
Thanks! tommy1002
Thanks aycockonxion and stonesfan1
Great I have the same one but mine is dated 1951
Thanks fifties50s , looks like you have an awesome collection.
on the back of your sign, do the grommets look split & flatened, or do the look like the front side ? Did any of the red from the front "run" & end up on the back, around the edges?
Mikielikesigns2, theres lots of red paint on the back from the pump it was on, dont see any red porcelain but could be a little, the grommets are split on the back, most are missing.
