i think its a repro does this have any value ty i have buyers for it for 95.00. could you help me with this t y it dont seem to work ?

in photo #3 on the lower right of the clock movement (flat brass plate) there are words stamped. My guess is that is made by the Sam Sung (yes two words) corporation. If working I would roughly estimate $250-$400.
