This vase has the Astglas decor with applied gold "twig" handles. The glass is clear not "orange" like the other Astglas pieces I see on the Loetz / Bohemian websites. In my opinion these clear glass pieces should be included with the other Astglas examples. Apparently there is a blue Astglas as well.
THE THIRD PHOTO IS FROM THE DR. FISCHER AUCTION IN GERMANY OCT.20, 2007 LOT 548. HE CALLS THIS DECOR ASTGLAS.

Congrats - I was your underbidder :)
I think Passau calls this "Candia Branch-like". I have a similar example with a damaged handle. Very nice piece!
Now that is nice! Congratulations!
Passau has several examples of this decor. I also have a piece of this decor and it does have the attributions that you describe. Yours is a lovely example.
Could never afford such a piece myself...lol...so you have my envy. Absolutely spectacular....I love art glass with a soul and this one definitely has it.
Dr. Fischer (Germany) calls this ASTGLAS as do I.
