    ThriftStor…
    (23 items)

Both of these are unfinished paintings by a local artist who donated several of her works to a thrift store. To be honest, my favorites were these two unfinished ones. The colors are so soft and warm. The finished paintings were much harsher, almost garish. I love these two.

Thank you. I love original art I find by amateurs in thrift stores. Can't imagine the stories behind them. I had one of a cabin in the woods and there was a note written on the back with the artist's name and the fact that she painted it when she was 83 years old. Loved it.

These two paintings grabbed my eye as I began scrolling the painting section. I'm in love with both of them for their brightness and hues. The artist has some talent and why they never got finished and given away is certainly a mystery. Who is the artist?

Unfortunately, they are not signed. The one on the left is my favorite. The pond is so well done
