This is a book by Martha Logan, Home Economist, that has been published by Swift & Company. It's title is 'Our Best Hamburger Recipes'. I have been able to find a publishing date for all of my grandmother's cookbooks and such, except for this one. While looking up the title does reveal that the title was published in 1969, the cover of the 1969 edition is completely different than the one I have. I'm assuming mine to be a later edition, however, I have no idea what year this particular edition was published. I would really like to have an accurate date. I've dated several of her things, including hand-written recipes and the earliest I have is on the back of a census card from around 1920 (I can't recall the exact date at the moment and the piece is not in easy reach). This is the only one that I haven't been able to find an exact year on.
