This doesn't say where your photo is taken -- it's just an interesting aside -- there's an artist, melvin Hale, who colorizes old photo postcards, and he did this very same card -- kinda neat -- http://fineartamerica.com/featured/melvin-hale--berrymans-harley-davidson-c1914-featuring-a-harley-an-excelsior-and-pierce-melvin-hale.html
I think the last name of the electrical contractor is longer than Gasch. The window sign needs a few more letters after "Gasch" to finish that line. If we can get the electrical contractor's full name, there's a better chance to nail down the location.
On the above-mentioned artist's Flikr page, Mr. Hale lists this card's location as 912 9th street, NW Washington DC. You can read more about the business here:
