Thanks to Obscurities for the Valuable Information this piece has been identified as a Frank Welz piece and was produced around the 1920 - 1930s, its in amazing shape and the colors are still Bright and Bold!
Its my first piece of Welz but I would like collect a few more the workmanship is superb!
