The first piece has 6 arms and 3 swivel about the second three. It's very shiny and I assume 70s or 80s? The second raises up and down by pulling on a handle--I assume to bring it closer to a task and then up and out of the way. It's a cool idea but I've never seen it on a ceiling but it does work like that. does anyone know anything else?
