According to the Library of Congress, you have the third edition, published 1925 by J.B. Lippincott. The 1900 first edition was titled "Pike and Cutlass; Hero Tales of Our Navy."

Here is a December 1926 Lippincott advertisement in "Boys Life" (published by the Boy Scouts of America) that confirms this is the third edition:
