This manikin was used by a salesman to peddle the Luxite negligee line of clothes made in exact manner as full size the slips , negligee's all were in his case when I found this at a Local Auction and was lucky to have family there to to tell her story as they were originalowners .She came with several Luxite garmets as photo'd

    Hello,
    great to see such a nice piece with the garments box. I also own the same luxite mannequin, but my one has just the underpants and the bra.
    Do you know how much they are worth today (approx)?

    Hello Streamliner , The prices have fell a bit but as she is with all her clothes made by Luxite and I believe 9 outfits , no damage ,original stand Value should be about 12oo on mine, But that is not what the market does they can go low or to high . I sold this one private sale for under 1000.00 . Today if listed with just mannequin I would expect to get maybe maybe 500 depending on condition and the clothes to her as an advertising piece are important to piece and their condition . Hope that helps :-) less if no stand by luxite or clothes .
    Thanks for stopping by . I would keep all my mannequin girls if I had the space . So glad to meet someone with a interest in them also !

    thank you very much for your kind response and the informations.
    I bought the doll many years ago and I'll keep it in my collection.
    There is not much information about these mannequins on the web. So i was very happy to find this page.
