I have always loved blue glass and this is yet another in a collection of Art Nouveau /Bohemian glass vase that was owned by my neighbor's grandmother. She was born in Russia in the late 1800s and her family was well-to-do. She had some amazing items that she passed on to her daughter and ultimately to my neighbor who has generously allowed me the opportunity to borrow it and enjoy it as he know I am a huge fan of all that sparkles.
Not sure but I think this could be an early Moser.
