    I found this while I was cleaning...very deep cleaning my garden shed. This house was build in the 1950's, maybe this is a leftover from back then... am just speculating.

      It is an antique saw blade set. Companies like the Morris tool company produced multiple versions of these to correctly set the angle of each saw tooth. I think that if you research it starting there, you can probably find quite a bit of info.
