Another lamp I got from a local freecycle.There was no key but it had change in it.I picked the lock hoping to find treasure but the coins were all common ones.I replaced the lock with a new one.It works perfectly.You can put a nickel in and it stays on for a certain period of time or you can bypass the timer so it stays on.
