Fan vases became quite popular in the Czech glass industry, and were produced by several glasshouses, most notably Kralik and Rindskopf. These are examples of Kralik fan vases. Notice that the number of folds is really irrelevant, since they depend on the width of the vase, and there are also smooth examples. The blue in the first picture shows the straight mark; both are 13". The 2nd (10") and 3rd (8") sport the semicircle mark.
The last one, unmarked, is 8" tall but 10" wide, and currently appears listed as "Rindskopf" on Internet.
