Well this little jewel is a Phinney-Walker Mickey alarm clock made in Germany. It is just uder 2 inches in height and has a nice filagree boarder around the base. Approx time for this is around 1974-1980. Again, this is the smallest Mickey Alarm clock I own. Thanks for looking.
