This is a 30 inch 1940's Manikin by Darling Co . She has a Deco look and would have been used as a display manikin on a store counter . This one appears to have been in a bridal shop . Darling Made several mannequins in 40's in minature size . As they gown could be made with very little material yet show the fashion of the day and full size could be ordered .
There is no real catagory for these on site so I added her to dolls . Some were dolls others for store display .

But she tends to like being nude she is a piece of art . However it does get a bit cold here in house so I will go looking when my back recovers she is heavy to hold upright for days on end .
